Well, it's been a hectic week, preparing for the launch of my site. Writing code, debugging, and making last-minute improvements. Then, uploading everything to the server, only to find out that MySQL isn't working quite the way I expected... but the site is finally up and running. What a relief.
I'd like to start off my blog by introducing myself. My name is Lyosha, known online as Nookkin or, less commonly, "Nookkin' OR 1=1;--". I'm 16 and I know a lot about computers. I enjoy programming, web design, fixing computers, and administering networks, to name a few things.
The purpose of this site is for me to express myself and share my knowledge, as well as to have my own place online. You will soon find various tutorials, articles, and blog entries covering anything from multi-booting to web design, as well as my thoughts on life, the universe, and everything.
I've finished coding the basic framework that keeps the site going, but it's still not 100% complete. The blogging platform is still lacking certain features (for example, trackbacks and pingbacks) that I will implement when I get the chance. Then, there's always a chance to improve what's already there, and to add more features to the site. I plan on eventually adding a forum, among other things.
Since I just finished uploading Nookkin.com, you may notice various issues with the site, such as broken links, missing pages, and incorrect dates in the comments. I am working on fixing these issues as soon as possible.
I hope you enjoy my site! Please tell me what you think of it.

I will be always here to try to help you out if you need anything!
If your reading this DOWNLOAD "Nookkins Paint Shop"
i might just consider this my home page :)
NOTE: Times are in CST.
Two suggestions:
First, be careful about using acronyms that will not be familiar to visitors. I would change "NPS" to "Nookkin's Paint Shop" in all places in the navigation.
Second, it's been said that a great website is made a great website by three things: "Content, content, and content." You have an excellent framework, and some good specialized content in the graphics program. I would expand the content over time.
(Maybe you could review some other sites? Maybe my site?)
Good job, this site is "wicked awesome"!
@Jonathan: "NPS" is now the official name of the program that was formerly known as "Nookkin's Paint Shop".
