NPS

NPS (formerly known as "Nookkin's Paint Shop") is a free raster image editing program, suitable for editing photos and creating pixel art. It is a hobby project of mine, which I started when I was 13.

This program features image filters, custom brushes, image processing tools, color cycling, many color selectors, and much more. Its user interface resembles that of Microsoft Paint, and you can add more features to NPS by creating new filters and extensions.

NPS 3.0 is currently in the process of being written from scratch. You can download pre-release builds and find out more by visiting the NPS codename Obsidian page.

The latest complete version of NPS, 2.1, is fairly outdated. You can still download it, but please note that it is over one year old and not optimized for modern operating systems.
